What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Please note that firearms, ammunition and primers are not to be ordered online. Charges are calculated per the size of items and the number of items ordered.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Please note that firearms, ammunition and primers can be ordered online butpayment will be arranged after all legal processes are completed. Secure payment by PayFast allows for credit/debit card, EFT and Bitcoin.
How long will delivery take?
Depending on the type of products and the distance of delivery from either George or Worcester. Furthermore depending on the delivery frequency of the Courier Guy to your specified area. Delivery could be from 2-7 days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Payfast is our secure payment gateway of choice. Highly recommended for various secure online payment options.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will be contacted via email confirming your order, payment and shipping preferences. When paid online you will be issued a proforma invoice. Your products will be shipped with a VAT invoice.
Why can I not order and pay firearms and ammunition with other accessories?
Due to legislation, firearms and ammunition must be ordered separatelyand paid once legal requirements are checked.
